1:1 Classes

Individual practice takes place in our calm, peaceful and positive space where you will be invited to tailor your yoga to your individual needs to escape the hustle and bustle.

Online Classes

Expect the same nurturing experience as you’d find in our studio – the only difference is that our online classes will meet you where you are, on your schedule.

Meditation

Cultivate a calm and centred mind as we guide you through a series of grounding breathing exercises and relaxation processes. In-person or online available.

My Story

Lisa Moore is an actor, writer, holistic therapist, visiting lecturer and public speaker with over 25 years’ experience. She is also a trained masseuse, British wheel of yoga instructor, creative facilitator/mentor, and trained in regular & transcendental mediation.
